My Story

With over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, I've dedicated my career to helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals through evidence-based training methods.

My journey began as a competitive athlete, where I learned firsthand the importance of proper training techniques and injury prevention. After earning my degree in Exercise Science, I pursued advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and corrective exercise.

Today, I work with clients ranging from beginners looking to improve their overall health to advanced athletes aiming to enhance their performance. My approach is always personalized, focusing on building a strong foundation that supports long-term progress and prevents injuries.
